crispy rice kabab Ingredients 2 cup leftover rice 2-3 potato, boiled & mashed 1 cup breadcrumbs 2 onion, finely chopped 2 green chilli, finely chopped 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder / lal mirch powder salt to taste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder / haldi 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tbsp corn flour ¼ tsp pepper, crushed 1 tbsp lemon juice oil for deep frying Instructions Mix all the ingredients mentioned above except breadcrumbs. make sure to have a non sticky dough. further, make kababs by greasing hands with oil. And roll in the breadcrumbs. deep fry them into hot oil or you can shallow fry on low flame. stir occasionally and fry till the kebabs turn golden brown on medium flame. serve rice kababs with tomato ketchup or chutney. 

SUGAR FREE MALAI KULFI

kulfi ice cream recipe is a popular indian ice cream dessert recipe. Ingredients Milk 1.5 ltr Sugar free powder 5 tab Khoya/mawa 150 grm Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp Saffron 10-12 strings Almonds chopped 12-15 Pistachios chopped 15-20 Method Bring milk to a boil in a deep non-stick pan and cook till reduced half now add saffron and stir well. Cook again on low flame until to one third its volume. Keep stiring otherwise milk will stick to the bottom of the pan. Then add sugar free powder and khoya and mix well and cook for another 15 minutes. Add green cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios and mix again. Now turn off the flame. And let it cool down the mixture at room temperature. Fill the mixture into kulfi cones and cover them with lid. Keep the cones in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours or till well set. Unmould and serve immediately.

SAMYAK RICE KHEER

SAMYAK RICE KHEER Ingredients: 1 LTR full cream milk 4 tab samyak rice or bhagar 1/2 cup sugar or u can adjust sugar according to ur taste 5-6 chopped almonds 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder Recipe: Firstly wash and soak sema for half an hour and keep aside. Take milk in pan and cook for 20-30 min. Give a nice boil on high flame and then cook on simmer flame after that add samyak rice and again cook for 10-15 min. Or until smayak rice is cook properly then add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well and cook for 10 min. Now the kheer is ready switch off the flame. Garnish with chopped almond, pomegranate and apple or u can take any nut and fruits u like. Serve chilled.

Soya granules bhurji Soya bhurji is a protein rich dish can be served with chapati, parantha or bread. Ingredients: - 3/4 cup soya granules 1 tsp oil 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1 tsp chopped garlic 1/4 cup boiled green peas 2 finely chopped green chillis 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/8 tsp asafoetida salt to taste Method Firstly soak 3/4 cup soya granules in warm water for 10 to 12 minutes. Squeeze thoroughly and use as required. Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai, add asafoetida, cumin seeds allow it crackel for 1 to 2 seconds. Add onions and garlic, green chillis and saute till they turn light brown in colour. Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, and salt and mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 5 minutes while stirring continuously, sprinkle little water to prevent the masalas from burning. Chana dal pancakes Chana dal pancakes makes use of soaked chana dal. It is a healthy vitamin and protin rich recipe and also good for diabetic patients. Ingredients 1/2 cup chana dal soaked and drained 1/4 cup semolina 1/2 cup chopped spinach 1/2 cup grated carrot 1 chopped onion 4 to 6 curry leaves chopped 1 tbsp low fat curd 1 sachet fruit salt 1 tsp grated ginger 1 to 2 green chillies, chopped salt to taste 1 tsp oil for cooking Method Grind the soaked chana dal into a coarse paste adding a little water if required. Add spinach, carrot, curry leaves, ginger, onion, semolina, green chillies, curd and salt and mix well. Just before serving, add the fruit salt and mix well.  spread one portion of the batter on a non-stick pan and make a pancake. Cook on a slow flame till both sides are golden brown, drizzling a little oil if required. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes. Serve hot with chutney.

Healthy corn salad Corn salad is easy to make and a complete meal you can enjoy this nutritious salad anytime. Ingredients 1 cup boiled american corn 1 onion sliced 1 tomato chopped seedless 1 capsicum chopped 1/2 red bell paper chopped 1/2 yellow bell paper chopped 1/2 cup paneer cubes 1 lemon 1 tsp sesame seeds 1/4 tsp Black paper powder Salt to taste 1 /2 tsp olive oil Recipe First peel the onion and remove seeds of tomato and keep aside. Now take onion, tomato, capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers and chop them into chunks separately or you can cut them into any shape. Then heat olive oil in a nonstick pan add sesame seeds allow it to crackle. Then add capsicum, red and yellow bell papers and onion and toss well and cook for about 5 min. Now add boiled corn, tomato, paneer cubes, salt and pepper powder and mix well and again cook for about 2-3 min. Add lemon juice mix it well and turn off the flame. Corn salad is ready to serve.

Multigrain Pudina Khakhra As we all know khakhara is Gujarati dish and made by using whole wheat flour so today I give a small healthy twist by using multigrain flour instead of wheat flour. Ingredients 1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp chopped green chillies 1 cup Multigrain flour 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp oil salt to taste whole wheat flour for rolling Method Combine the mint leaves and green chillies along with 1/4 cup of water in a mixer and blend to a smooth paste. Combine all the remaining ingredients, including the mint paste and knead into a soft dough using water as required. Divide the dough into equal portions and make small size balls. Roll out a ball into thin circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling. Heat a non-stick tava and cook it on a slow flame till pink spots appear on both the sides.
