crispy rice kabab
Ingredients
2 cup leftover rice
2-3 potato, boiled & mashed
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 onion, finely chopped
2 green chilli, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder / lal mirch powder
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder / haldi
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp corn flour
ΒΌ tsp pepper, crushed
1 tbsp lemon juice
oil for deep frying
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients mentioned above except breadcrumbs.
make sure to have a non sticky dough.
further, make kababs by greasing hands with oil.
And roll in the breadcrumbs.
deep fry them into hot oil or you can shallow fry on low flame.
stir occasionally and fry till the kebabs turn golden brown on medium flame.
serve rice kababs with tomato ketchup or chutney.
