Raw tomato or green tomato launji is a sweet and tangy flavorful dish made from raw tomatoes, sugar and spices. You can relish with puri, parantha or chapati. Ingredients :- Raw tomatoes - 500 grm Dry red chilli - 2 pcs Green chilli - 1 pcs Ginger - 1 tsp Sugar - 1.5 tab Red chilli powder - 3/4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - as per taste Cumin - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds - 1/4 tsp Asafoetida - 1/8 tsp Garam masala - 1/4 tsp Oil - 1tab Recipe :- Firstly diced the tomatoes, slit the green chilli, Finely chopped ginger and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, Cumin, mustard seeds, coriander seeds and let them crackle for few seconds. Add dried red chillies, slit green chill and Finely Chopped ginger and cook for around 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Put diced tomatoes and turmeric powder and  mix it well. SUGAR FREE MALAI KULFI kulfi ice cream recipe is a popular indian ice cream dessert recipe. Ingredients Milk 1.5 ltr Sugar free powder 5 tab Khoya/mawa 150 grm Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp Saffron 10-12 strings Almonds chopped 12-15 Pistachios chopped 15-20 Method Bring milk to a boil in a deep non-stick pan and cook till reduced half now add saffron and stir well. Cook again on low flame until to one third its volume. Keep stiring otherwise milk will stick to the bottom of the pan. Then add sugar free powder and khoya and mix well and cook for another 15 minutes. Add green cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios and mix again. Now turn off the flame. And let it cool down the mixture at room temperature. Fill the mixture into kulfi cones and cover them with lid. Keep the cones in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours or till well set. Unmould and serve immediately.

VEG CHUTNEY NOODLES

VEG CHUTNEY NOODLES An indo Chinese preparation with hakka noodles, mix vegetables and raw mango chutney. INGREDIENTS: For cooking noodles Hakka Noodles- 1 pack Water- 5-6 cup Oil- 1 tsp Salt- 1/2 tsp Water for rinsing cooked noodles Other ingredients for cooking noodles Sliced onion- 2pcs Slit green chilli- 2pcs Sliced mixed bell pepper- 1cup Sliced carrot- 1pcs Chopped spring onion- 1pcs Sliced Cabbage- 1cup Finely chopped garlic- 1tab Raw mango chutney- 2tab Tomato ketchup- 1tab Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Olive oil- 1tab RECIPE: Heat oil to a pan put on to a high flame. Saute garlic and green chilli for a minute. Add sliced onion and cook for 1 to 2 minute. Now add all sliced veggies and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour raw mango chutney and tomato ketchup. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well. Add cooked noodles. Toss it well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame. Serve hot.

Homemade vanilla ice cream

Homemade vanilla ice Cream It is easy to make sweet creamy delight and can be paired with many sweets like cold coffee, shakes and sundaes.  Ingredients :- 500 ml full cream milk  3/4 cup sugar  2tsp vanilla essence  1.5 tab gms  1/4 tsp cmc  1.5 tab cornflour  5 tsp milk powder 1/4 cup cream  Recipe :- Take all the dry powder like cmc, gms, cornflour and milk powder mix well and keep it aside.  In a sauce pan take milk and sugar mix well and give a nice boil. Now cook on simmer flame for around 5 to 7 minutes.  Add powder mix and stir the mixture make sure there is no lumps cook this mix for around 4 to 5 minutes or till mixture is thicken. Now switch off the flame and let it cool down completely now with the help of strainer strain the mix add essence and mix well. HOMEMADE TUTTI FRUTTI CHOCOLATE

Chocolate is one of the most popular sweet its very nutritious and also rich in antioxidants. INGREDIENTS :- 1 cup white chocolate compound 2 tab tutti frutti Chocolate mould Recipe:- Add chocolate in a glass bowl and microwave for 5 minute. In every every 1 minute take out the bowl from microwave and stir well and put it again microwave. Repeat this process for 4 times or until chocolate melt properly. Make sure consistency of chocolate is smooth with no lumps. Add tutti frutti and mix well. Take mould and pour melted chocolate with tutti frutti. Tap the mould and freeze it around 15-20 minute. After 20 minute take out the mould from freezer and demould the chocolates from mould. Chocolates are ready to relish. TIP:- Instead of melting chocolate in microwave you can use double boiler method.

KARACHI HALWA

An Indian dessert basically made with four ingredients cornflour, sugar, ghee and water and flavored with chopped nuts. INGREDIENTS FOR CORNFLOUR MIXTURE:- 1 cup cornflour 2cup water OTHER INGREDIENTS: 1.5 cup sugar 1 cup water 1 tsp lemon juice 5-6 tbsp ghee 5-6 cashews finely chopped 8-10 almonds finely chopped 1/2 tsp cardamom powder few drops of orange food colour RECIPE:- Firstly in a large mixing bowl take cornflour and water. mix well without any lumps and keep aside. Now take non-stick pan add sugar and water allow the syrup to boil. Add corn flour mixture into the boiling sugar syrup. stir continuously on low-medium flame. once the corn flour mixture starts to thicken immediately add a tsp of lemon juice. also keep stirring till the mixture thickens completely. now add a tbsp full of ghee and mix continuously till all the ghee is absorbed. ROTI PIZZA

ROTI PIZZA INGREDIENTS :- 1 piece thick roti 3/4 tsp Pizza seasoning Italian seasoning or as needed Red chilly flakes as needed 2 tsp Pizza sauce as required 2 tsp tomato ketchup  1/2 tsp Black pepper powder Mozzarella cheese grated Salt to taste Mixed veggies -  1 medium sized onion sliced  2 tbsp red capsicum 2 tbsp green capsicum 2 tbsp yellow capsicum 5-6 chopped black olives 6-7 jalapenos slices Instructions:- Take roti and spread pizza sauce and tomato ketchup all over the roti. Now apply some pizza pasta sauce and spread it. Spread some grated mozzarella cheese. Put some finely chopped veggies and spread all over the roti.
