Carrot Garlic Chutney

Ingredients

1 bowl thickly grated carrot
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tab lemon juice
1 tsp oil
salt to taste

Method

Grind the garlic, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt along with 1/4 cup of water in a blender.

Pour into a bowl, add the carrots and oil and mix well.

Store refrigerated in an air-tight container at least 30 min. So that all spices combine properly and use as required.

Enjoy with chapati or parantha.
