INSTANT BREAD DAHI VADA

Bread Dahi vada:- Serving:- 5 Ingredients :- 8-10 Bread slices 5-6 Chopped Cashew 2 tabs pomegranate 10-12 raisin 1 Cup wisked curd 1 tab Green chatni 2 tab tamarind chatni Salt Red chilli Bhuna jeera Method :- Cut out bread slices in round shape first. Place one piece of bread in bowl then put in center 1/2 tsp chopped cashew, 2-3 raisin, 1 tsp pomegranate then cover this with another bread slice. Top this with Dahi, and both the chatni. Sprinkle salt, bhuna jeera, red chili powder. Garnish with pomegranate. Serve chilled.

HOMEMADE MIXED NUT CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS :- 1 cup milk chocolate compound 1 tab chopped almond and chestnut Chocolate mould Recipe:- Add chocolate in a glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute. After 1 minute take out the bowl from microwave and stir well. Microwave again for 1 minute. After 1 minute repeat the process. And place the bowl again in microwave for 1 minute. After 1 minute take out bowl and mix well and make sure consistency of chocolate is smooth with no lumps. Take mould add chopped nuts on the base pour melted chocolate. Tap the mould and freeze it around 15-20 minute. After 20 minute take out the mould from freezer and demould the chocolates from mould. Chocolates are ready to relish. TIP:- You can use any nuts of your choice. You can mix nuts in melted chocolate instead of add mould's base. Instead of melting chocolate in microwave you can use double boiler method.
